A series of videos for the Unpatterns visual album commissioned and art directed by Aries Moross. The videos were directed by different creative animators and film makers all following a set of rules and visual themes.
As the packaging had kinetic features we shot two short videos documenting the design.
Aries Moross 2010SMD are a dream client. They know what they want, and what they don't want. Within those parameters they have flexibility and interesting ideas. They think beyond "something that looks cool" and really focus on the concept of the artwork. More than anything they appreciate the importance of design, and it's role in music, and alongside the rest of the team and all of the collaborators they supported us and helped us create a really solid body of work.
