Studio Moross Diversity Policy
We aim to create a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all people, not just between colleagues but for visitors, freelancers, third parties and clients.
We want to challenge all forms of oppression including those based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, creed, gender expression, gender reassignment, sex, class, sexuality, learning ability, physical impairment, mental illness, neurodiversity, HIV status, age, occupation, income, wealth, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy and parenthood, and unrelated criminal conviction.
We aim to design our activities, services and decision making processes specifically to encourage and support participation from people who face disadvantage in society, including women, BAME people, disabled people, neurodiverse people, LGBTQI+ people, and people on low incomes.
Studio Moross is a place that celebrates and champions people’s individuality. We aim to create an atmosphere of friendship, ensuring we respect, support and care for each other and the people we work with. We aim to make Studio Moross a place where everyone is treated equally and fairly with respect, and will be given equal opportunity in every aspect of their working role.
We want to make opportunities for training, development and progress available to all staff, who will be helped and encouraged to develop their full potential, so their talents and resources can be fully celebrated.
