At the band’s first of two shows at the cavernous Alexandra Palace, which closed out a UK tour behind the new album, they used the subtle but sure reinvention presented on the record to craft a varied and eclectic live set: this was a gig that was as close to a rave as it was a chin-stroking blub fest. Welcome to the new London Grammar, and don’t forget your dancing shoes.

How Does It Feel

Overall, London Grammar delivered one of the greatest live shows since the live music industry opened its doors once again. The biggest shout has to go to the incredible backstage crew of set and lighting designers who created something special here.
