TING Rebrand
We were invited to rebrand a cherished non-profit community hair space: introducing a new logo and brand system, whilst maintaining the approachable style that they’ve become known for.
Having been a friend to Open Barbers since their fundraiser to open in 2016, the studio was thrilled to be a part of this new chapter for them.
Refreshing the visual identity gave us the opportunity to improve the accessibility of the brand whilst maintaining the hand-drawn feel they've always had.
A new playful logo at the core of the brand evokes the DIY roots of Open Out, with an expanded palette of muted bright colours to make everything pop.
The brand is built around optimised accessibility, with high-contrast colour combinations and a clean-cut sans for maximum legibility that also complements the hand-drawn assets and suite of illustrations.
