Roundhouse
Roundhouse Rebrand
We refreshed the visual identity for this landmark London venue to reflect its ambitious programming and core youth audience.
An iconic music and arts venue in north London, the Roundhouse has played a key role in the city’s cultural life for decades. They came to us looking to evolve their identity into something that would honour their legacy while feeling more energetic and youth-focused.
Building on the Roundhouse’s heritage, we evolved key elements of the venue’s established visual language – its classic circular logo and signature red – and integrated them into a renewed brand system. We expanded the colour palette with bright tones, including a vibrant lime that creates a striking neon clash and glow. A flexible typographic system maximises legibility and impact with clean, contemporary typefaces. We also developed sub-brands for Roundhouse’s events and festivals – each visually unique yet tied to the core identity.
To launch the new branding, we created a video and print campaign celebrating the Roundhouse’s artist lineup and its vital role as a hub for London’s young people.
